SITUATION

CNC needed to organize a large-scale conference that would unite professionals in the insurance and catastrophe response industries. The event required significant sponsorship and attendee engagement to ensure its success. Compounding the challenge, the original event date (May 2-4, 2023) had to be postponed to January 8-10, 2024, requiring rapid adjustments and additional planning under a compressed timeline and a venue change.
